Sheri Thiele, LMSW: Sheri works with children, teens, adults and couples with a variety of diagnosis. She practices trauma informed care while working with her clients. She enjoys helping families and individuals make healthier choices using productive skills to obtain their goals and dreams in living their best life.

Sheri is available to meet with kids and teens at their school in Newaygo and Muskegeon Counties. She can also be seen at our White Cloud office and at a Muskegon office.

Sheri attended Grand Valley State University for her undergraduate degree and her Master's in Social Work with honors in the Advanced Standing Program.

When Sheri is not in the office you can find her in her garden or curled up with a good book and her Airedale. She also enjoys exploring this great country with her husband of 29 years often times finding great "mom and pop" restaurants, antique and junk shops.

Tiffany Tilley, LLMSW: 

Mindy Mench (Co-Founder & Executive Director): Mindy holds degrees in both Human Services and Business. She has used both of these degrees in helping to find what the community really needs and wants to become more mentally healthy and find their true selves. Mindy has also completed many, many hours of training in Supervised Visitations earning multiple certificates being one of very few in the county with formal training!

Mindy has been married since 1999. She and her husband share two amazing children. She serves on the board of education for White Cloud Public Schools and can be seen out and about in the community doing various other things and attending various other meetings.

In her free time you can find Mindy doing outdoor activities with her family. They have all recently taken up kayaking and plan to travel around Newaygo county in search of great kayak desitinations.
